Mr. Moskowitz practices securities and corporate law at both the federal and state levels, with broad experience in initial public offerings, reverse mergers and takeover transactions. His practice also includes advising high-tech start-up and developmental-stage companies in the areas of legal structure, finance, governance and regulatory compliance. He has represented private and public companies, venture capitalists, underwriters and investment, private and merchant bankers. He has also represented Canadian and other foreign entrepreneurs and companies in accessing the United States securities markets.
Mr. Moskowitz was a principal partner in Moskowitz Altman & Hughes of New York City from 1977 through 2000. He then joined Katten Zavis Rosenman, a national law firm, in its New York office as Special Counsel until April of 2003.
He is admitted practice in the State of New York, and the United States District Courts, for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
